Check out which stocks are moving after-the-bell Wednesday:

Yahoo - The Internet company lost market share in March for the seventh-straight month, according to a report from Comscore. The firm's current market share is now at 13.7 percent, trailing behind Google and Microsoft .

Micron - The chipmaker launched a $870 million offering of convertible senior notes.

Avid Technology - The video and audio production technology firm said its first quarter revenue plunged almost 30 percent compared to this time last year.

McKesson - The health care systems distributor won a contract to supply drugs to VA facilities, according to reports. The deal is worth four billion dollars annually, for up to eight years.

Quest Diagnostics - The lab services provider announced it has appointed Steve Rusckowski as its new president and CEO.

Also on the health care front, UBS initiated coverage of a handful of pharmaceuticals with a "buy" rating, including Ariad and Biomarin.

Four IPOs are scheduled to price tonight - Forum Energy (FET), MRC Global (MRC), Oaktree Capital (OAK) and Brightsource Energy (BRSE). All of the companies will be pricing on the NYSE, except Brightsoure.
