Hey everyone, a bit later than usual, but we have the leaderboard for the finals with a new name on top. A few notes before we get to that. Some of the numbers were incomplete in yesterdays' post for a couple of portfolios. However, I want to make clear that the total for the portfolio values were accurate. We just had a little less of the complete picture for the trades. We're working to make sure we do the best job on that front. As for one stock--BPRG--it is a valid stock for the contest. Reuters data shows a market cap of $1.3B on 3/2/07--which was the date for contest stocks.

Okay here's the lowdown on the leaders. Serge Amelyan--comfortable at the top of the leaderboard--takes over first place from Donald Tang on his Compuware trade, up 7.34% on strong earnings. Donald falls into 5th on a loss on Deere, and Stephen Luchko moves into 2nd, also on gains in Compuware. One of the biggest movers today was Mary Williams who moved up 8 spots from 12th into 4th on her CommVault trade, which was up 10.06% on strong earnings.

#1 Serge Amelyan: $1,152,204.58 up $78,829.02 +7.34%. Sold 107985 shares of Compuware Corp up 7.34% netting him $79K.Sold 1 share of Tousa losing $0.03 Serge's play for Thursday is almost all-in on Spartan Stores. Bought 1 share of Primedia PRM.
